So the last day has past, and we are all tired from a hard last 2 days riding. Into the wind both days, but so much relief from all 6 of us, and the supporters. We enjoyed an All you can eat Chinese in Inverness, Thank you very much Dave and Carol Llewellyn for the kind offer of this to us.
No doubt there will be lots of pictures and other information from the others soon once we are all back in contact when home.
Thankyou all for your support throughout the ride, and look forward to giving stories to all soon.

Very well done all of you. It was truly fantastic & very emotional to see you all arrive over the horizon at John o'Groats, six abreast - we even stopped the traffic for you. I was so excited following your progress during this last day, seeing you several times throughout your ride, climbing hills, 'sailing' down the other side, after one such downhill, the need for replacement brake blocks, etc. I met local people at Wick who generously donated to your cause, so taken by your tremendous effort. It wasn't until the drive home, for which we took 3 days, that I began to realise just how far you pedalled. I know that you will never forget this journey. It was a lovely moment too, as we threw the gerbera flowers into the water, remembering those known to us who we have lost to Leukaemia, dear Andy and Anne. Wow! I pray that we shall reach our challenging total for Leukaemia Research. WELL DONE TO THE WHOLE TEAM, CYCLISTS AND TRAVELLING SUPPORTERS AS WELL AS THOSE OF YOU THROUGHOUT THE COUNTIES. Thank you for making this such a memorable fortnight.
